outdated room musty smell
The breakfast was adequate, with a sufficient variety of items.
My room was disappointing. It seemed quite outdated, and I found no thermostat to control the temperature (this made for an uncomfortable night). the musty smell throughout the hotel was pervasive.

chalet stay marvelous time excellent breakfast
breakfast impressed me with its quality. the views from my balcony made me gasp every morning, mountains looked fine.

Picturesque Balcony View and Excellent Breakfast

I loved having a balcony to myself with a mountain view in the background. The staff allowed me to use their dryers to quickly dry our clothes since the self-serve dryer took too long.
The sounds of neighbors and people in the corridor are very clear. This was not ideal for a quiet stay.

The hotel provides a free pass for a bus from town, avoiding a long walk. There is also a laundry area with very reasonable charges available to all guests.

I loved the mountain views from the balcony. It was a treat. The hotel offered convenient shuttle service that was helpful with luggage. Breakfast had a good mix of meat based products cheese eggs and vegan options.
The sounds of neighbors were clear because of the thin walls. This was a minor inconvenience.
